Tender Care Nursing Agency was established as an end result of the accumulated research work and experience of its founder and executive director, Matilda Charles, M.Sc,GNA,CMT.
Her ardent love to care for her sick mother and mother-in-law (both living in her home) led her to be certified and licensed. Matilda’s mother-in-law has lived with her and received daily care and attention for more than 10 years. This birthed her love for elderly care. Hence, Tender Care Nursing Agency was born.
At Tender Care Nursing Agency, we provide quality care to the elderly throughout the state of Maryland. Our mission is to enhance their quality of life and their dignities as they age. Our action goes to assist, support, or care for them to achieve a healthy happy ageing!
Tender Care Nursing Agency is licensed in the state of Maryland to provide qualified and experienced caregivers to seniors who are sick, in recovery, in rehab, in hospitals, or in their homes. We truly understand the need for empathy and compassion in giving care. As such, we treat our clients with respect and dignity.
Furthermore, our caregivers are carefully screened and tested. We make sure to do an extensive background and employment checks before hiring employees. They are also certified and licensed by the Maryland board of Nursing.
At Tender Care Nursing Agency, we have achieve desired results as testified by our clients or their loved ones. Many times we have seen improvements in our clients’ independence and, sometimes, full recovery. Where this is not possible, we are happy to respectfully give care as recommended by the doctors and agreed by clients or family.
